About Outreach Community Care

Outreach Community Care is an Australian owned, family run business and was brought about by two very passionate and dedicated community nurses who also happen to be husband and wife. Combined they have over two decades of multi-facet experience within the health industry and have worked in and around multiple different sections of the health industry.

I felt that there was an overwhelming need to provide a professional and dedicated person-centred care business that solely focuses on the needs and wellbeing of our participant’s and clients alike. Unlike other Community Nursing based businesses, Outreach Community Care does not wish to be known as the biggest provider of services, rather we would like to be known for the level of care we provide to our participants and clients and assisting where possible to enrich and nurture our clients to reach their full potential and life goals.
